Did you know – London has a wide network of cycle paths designed to guide you along its green and blue routes.
The National Cycle Route guides you along the Thames, while the Grand Union Canal is a traffic-free quietway, and the Jubilee Greenway loops through central London’s parks and waterways. You can cycle from London Docklands to Hertfordshire along the Lea Valley or pedal from Greenwich to Surrey via the River Ravensbourne. Feeling even more adventurous? Follow the Avenue Verte along River Wandle and keep going all the way to France! But if that doesn’t fit in your weekend plans, there are plenty of local green spaces waiting to be discovered as well 🌳
